The Winery

Description

It leans strongly toward earth and cola, but after several minutes of aeration, enough cherries and raspberries emerge to balance the ledger. It's medium to full-bodied on the palate, concentrated and dense, with ripe but plentiful tannins that suggest a certain degree of ageability and a long, silky-textured finish.

The Winery

Founded by Paul Pujol in 1999, the goal was to find sites in Central Otago like no others. Two vineyards were established in the Bendigo sub-region: The Prophet's Rock Home Vineyard and, subsequently, the Rocky Point.
