Pierre Amadieu Mediterrannee Viognier 2021

TERROIR: Vines filled with sun and Mistral, the benefits of the Mediterranean climate highlight these indigenous grape varieties of the Rhône Valley. Viognier and Clairette complement each other admirably to produce a truly pleasurable wine.

VINIFICATION: Under controlled temperature to preserve the freshness of the fruit. Aged 100% in stainless steel vats.

TASTING NOTE: It is both exuberant with the aromatic richness provided by the Viognier, and perfectly balanced thanks to the liveliness and structure of the Clairette. Its bright freshness combined with flavors of dried apricot and white peach make it a very thirst-quenching wine. A wine with southern flavors: festive, tasty and convivial, vinified with fruit. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes wonderfully with a creamy asparagus risotto. To be enjoyed chilled (12°-14°C).
