Ruby red with garnet reflections, hints of maraschino cherry, violets and red fruits great fineness in the mouth with a tannin that is still young but of excellent quality. Long lasting, elegant and persistent.
The estate was founded in 1971 by Giovanni Neri and is still family-owned. It is famous for its Brunello di Montalcino wines, but makes a range of other wines, including a premium Cabernet Sauvignon and an interesting blend of Vermentino and Grechetto. Casanova di Neri uses all estate-grown grapes in the production of its wines.
