L'Orangeraie Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Terroir: The vines from the Pays d’Oc cover a broad region from the Pyrenees to the Bouches-du-Rhone. They are marked by a typically Mediterranean climate, with long, hot, dry summers and relatively mild winters, often swept by the dry winds blowing down to the foothills from the Massif Central (an elevated region in the middle of the France, consisting of mountains and plateaus).

Wine Making: The bunches are separated from the stems before a traditional vinification in concrete tanks. The fermentation lasts 7-10 days, followed by maceration on the skins of about 3 weeks to extract maximum fruit flavors.

Tasting Notes: Purple colour shot with violet reflections. Powerful nose dominated by dark fruits such as redcurrant, mulberry. The palate is well structured with character. Light tannins with powerful and lasting taste long and final.
