Fruit of the collaboration between Frédéric Savart and Dremont Pere & Fils, the Éphémère cuvée is a limited version in which Frédéric Savart has selected some exceptional vineyard plots to create a special cuvée. We are pleased to offer a parcel of the "011" edition, 100% Pinot Noir from the premier cru vineyards of the Petite Montagne de Reims, the base wine is from the 2016 harvest, left on the lees for over 3 years and disgorged in 2021.
