Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Terroir: Terroir marked by an exceptionally varied climate. The vines are exposed to the North to benefit from the shade during the hot summers, allowing a good acidity and an exceptional aromatic quality.
Wine Making: The grapes are harvested in the early hours of the morning to preserve freshness; they are immediately pressed and separated from the skins. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats lasts around three weeks at 16/18° C.
Tasting Notes: Shing yellow colour. Intense yet delicate aromas of honey, yellow plums, quince. Patisserie notes. Rich and strong flavours, finale which brings out citrus and floral notes.
Food And Wine Pairing: Light Summer dishes, fish & seafood, hard cheeses or simply as an aperitif.
