An amazing blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, rich in aromas of red fruits and spices. This is a good champagne for a complex meal that emits aromas of honey and caramel, with a taste of apricots and vanilla aromas, which will evolve into notes of liqueur and mint.
After studying chemistry in Paris and obtaining a diploma in enology in Reims in 1993, Nathalie Falmet took over the family business located in the village of Rouvres les Vignes, in the southern part of the Champagne region known as Cote des Bar. Nathalie was one of the first women in the Champagne area to get a degree in enology and that now allows her to manage about 4 hectares of vineyard with integrated farming methods on clay and limestone soils of the upper Kimmeridian. For Nathalie the typicality of a wine is nothing but the association of soil, microclimate, plants and man's work. One can love a wine only by appreciating the person who makes it. Behind a label there is always a vigneron (or enologist) and it is fundamental not to consider them apart. Of course soils have a considerable influence and in every territory, in every village, but it is the vigneron who makes the difference. Her small production aims at giving the wine all its dimension of singularity and exception. Nathalie Falmet's Champagnes play on balance, power, elegance and the expression of their own terroir.
