The nose is fruity and a little discreet. There are notes of nectarine, pear and more slightly crushed apple associated with a hint of lemon. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers a nice acid structure, a nice juiciness , volume as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy clementine and crushed nectarine associated with touches of green Smith apple as well as a subtle touch of flowers.
Sylvain Dussort's parents were wine growers and coopers. He himself took over in 1982, with his wife, the reins of the family farm, which he enlarged and modernized over the years by purchasing new vines as well as renovating and extending the existing winemaking buildings. Today, the estate covers 6.5 hectares, in the town of Meursault . The grape variety is made up of the historic grape varieties of Burgundy : Aligote and Chardonnay for the whites, Pinot Noir for the reds .
