Domaine Jean-Pierre Bony Vosne-Romanee 2018

Domaine Fabienne Bony is small, family domaine in Nuits-Saint-Georges run by Fabienne Bony. In the 1960's, Jean-Pierre founded the estate along with his wife, and in 2000, their daughter, Fabienne, took control. Since she's taken over, Fabienne and her husband have increased the domaine's vineyard holdings to 6 hectares, while also negotiating contracts with growers throughout the Cotes de Nuits. In the vineyards Fabienne practices lutte raisonnee adapting their vine treatments according to the true threat of disease, using products which respect the environment as much as possible, and only using chemical products if no other solution can be found. Traditional winemaking practices in the cellar result in wines of purity, expression and class.
