Laurent Lignier and his father Hubert manage 9 hectares under vines mainly in the communes of Morey Saint Denis and Gevrey Chambertin. The viticulture is done for over 25 years without the use of weed-killers or chemical insecticides. Domaine Hubert Lignier's great terroirs soils are firmly preserved through respect to nature and support of natural development of microorganisms in the soil. Laurent and Hubert believe that this is the key for the balance of the vine's growth. Since 2011, the domaine uses organic protective treatments.
