Description

Fleurie ‘Poncié’ reveals a fine elegance due to the shallow granite and expresses a mix of floral (iris, rose petal) and fruit (strawberry, blackcurrant) aromas. The mouth is complex, intense and smooth.

The Winery

Best known for his discretion, Julien Duport a young but experienced winegrower who produces serious wines in Brouilly and Côte-de-Brouilly. On land that is often difficult to work, he does not count his time to work the vines as best as possible and bring out the expression of his different terroirs, in particular through an invaluable heritage of very old vines. Its wines, built for aging, are concentrated and robust and develop a great deal of elegance with aging.
