The Winery

Description

The bouquet of this wine shows spicy blackberry fruit along with the lifted floral viognier aromatics. The palate has black fruits, black pepper and fine grained tannins. A medium bodied wine with texture and power but with a fineness that reflects its cool climate origin.

The Winery

Paringa Estate Winery was established at Red Hill on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula by owners Mr. Lindsay and Ms. Margaret McCall in 1985. The first vines were planted in 1985 and by 1990 the 10 acres (4.2 hectares) were fully planted.
