Chateau Soudars 2005 (1.5L)
- Red Wine
Has reserved coffee and light toasty oak aromas, with ripe berry. Full-bodied, but turns a little austere on the palate, with vanilla, berry and currant on the aftertaste.
Full owner of Ch璽teau Soudars, which he himself created, Eric Miailhe also presides over the destinies of the two other family estates. He is assisted in this task by his daughter Lovely, who shares his passion for viticulture in Soudars. In 1925, the family moved to Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne. Its heritage, made up of the three entities that are Coufran castles, Verdignan and Soudars, forms today a vast whole of about 300 hectares, of which 160, located on the best grounds of the commune, are planted in vines.
