DELIVERY
On purchase of HK$1,200 or above,, the customer is entitled to free delivery service for one location within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon area & New Territories. Otherwise, delivery charges will be applicable at the following rate:
(a) HK$80 per location for Hong Kong Island & Kowloon area;
(b) HK$120 per location for New Territories.
(Additional delivery charges will be charged for Tung Chung district, Discovery Bay & other outlying islands)

While all goods will be delivered to the best of our ability, we are not liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer.

We accept no responsibility for any claims from customers regarding quantity or quality for goods that are not being collected after the agreed pickup / scheduled delivery date.

PRICES & VINTAGES
All prices and vintages on this wine list are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without prior notice particularly in the case of major currency fluctuations. We will periodically update this price list to provide you the most updated information, where possible.

GOODS ACCEPTANCE / RETURN
You must carefully inspect all goods after collection/delivery immediately. If there is any shortage or a bottle of wine is considered to be faulty, please notify us immediately and it should be returned at once for our examination with a copy of our original invoice or delivery note within 7 days from the date of purchase. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfaction after 7 days from the date of purchase, and thereafter will not be entitled to reject the goods for any reason. (No returns will be accepted for vintages ten years and older.)

PAYMENT TERMS
Goods are offered on cash terms. Post-dated cheques are not acceptable and all cheques should be made payable to ¡°Ponti Wine Cellars Ltd¡±. The following credit cards are accepted:
- Visa , Master, American Express (AE), Diners, JCB.
